Dr. Hasmukh Adhia is an officer of Indian Administrative Service, who retired on 30th November, 2018 as Union Finance Secretary & Revenue Secretary in Government of India. At present he is Principal Advisor to the Chief Minister of Gujarat since January 2023.
Dr Adhia is also Non-Executive Chairman of three State owned companies. These companies are GIFT (Gujarat International Finance Tech City Ltd), Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC).
Dr Adhia is associated with number of educational institutions. He is Chancellor of Central University of Gujarat and member of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is Vice-Chairman of the School of Ultimate Leadership.
Dr. Adhia has a post-Graduate degree in Accountancy. He is a gold medallist from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and holds a Ph.D. in Yoga from Swami Vivekanand Yoga University, Bangalore.
As Finance and Revenue Secretary, he was credited with the successful implementation of GST in India. On his superannuation in November 2018, Late Shri Arun Jaitley, the then Finance Minister of India praised Dr. Adhia’s contribution in a Facebook post. He said “Dr. Adhia was unquestionably a highly competent, disciplined, no-nonsense civil servant and of course, with impeccable integrity.”

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, where he earned a B.Tech. in Computer Science.
He has served in key positions, including District Collector of Porbandar, Banaskantha and Surat. Municipal Commissioner of Surat and Vadodara, and Director (J&K Affairs) in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
He has also held senior roles such as Principal Secretary, Industries and Mines department; Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue, Ports & Transport, Panchayat & Rural Development and Home Departments, and served as Additional Chief Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat during two tenures (2017-2021 and 2024-2025).

Dr. Anju Sharma is a senior IAS officer with over 34 years of distinguished administrative experience. She holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance,
Master’s degree in International Development Policy from Duke University, USA, and a Ph.D. in Management from Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar.
During her career, she has served as Collector & DDO in various districts and held key leadership positions in departments such as Health, Revenue, Environment, Forest, Education, Labour & Skill Development, and Agriculture. She has also served in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, handling foreign trade, exports, and trade infrastructure.
Dr. Sharma has led several pioneering initiatives including e-Mamta, 181 Abhayam Helpline, Student Startup & Innovation Policy, Kaushalya Skill University, and SHODH Yojana. She is a recipient of multiple prestigious awards including the Prime Minister’s Award for Administrative Excellence, National e-Governance Award, and NASSCOM Social Innovation Leaders Award.

Dr. T Natarajan has completed his graduation in Mining Engineering from college of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University in Tamil Nadu and M.B.A. in Finance from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tamil Nadu, India. Later, he acquired additional education qualifications including Masters in International Development at Duke University in USA.
Dr. T. Natarajan is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Officer from Gujarat Cadre. He held a range of responsibilities in Gujarat Government including District Collector and District Development Officer. He has served in the departments of Finance, Revenue, Industry & Mining and Technical Education and held leadership positions in Public Sector Undertakings.
Dr. T. Natarajan was entrusted with the responsibility of Senior Advisor to the Executive Director of India in the International Monetary Fund at Washington DC by the Government of India. He also served as Additional Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs in Government of India. Before the current assignment as Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Gujarat, he served as Additional Secretary (Defence Production), Ministry of Defence in Government of India.

Shri Hareet Shukla is an IAS officer of the 1999 batch, presently working as the Chief Electoral Officer of Gujarat and. Principal Secretary (Administrative reforms and Training Division) & Director General (SPIPA), General Administration Department Government of Gujarat.
Shri Hareet Shukla is an alumnus of IIT Delhi. During his 25 years of long and dedicated service, he has worked in many important departments like land and revenue, Dholera - Manadal, Special Investment Region (DSIR), Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL), Dholera International Airport Company Limited, Health and Family Welfare, civil supplies, consumer affairs, science & technology, power and energy, Tourism Devsthanam Management, Civil Aviation and Pilgrimage (IMD) finance and Infrastructure Development projects. He has served on major committees and councils in various capacities both at the state and national level.
From 02/07/2024, Shri Hareet Shukla is serving as Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Gujarat & Ex. Officio Principal Secretary General Administration Department Government of Gujarat.

She currently serves as Secretary, Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat. Over her 20-year career, Smt. Bharathi has held diverse assignments, including Chief Electoral Officer, Gujarat; State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha; Chief Executive Authority, Surat Urban Development Authority; Collector and District Magistrate, and District Development Officer in multiple districts.
